CORY CARPENTER, CPT & OWNER

Iron Temple is led by certified personal trainer & strength coach, Cory Carpenter. Cory creates personalized training plans designed to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Cory offers fun, semi-private training sessions 1–4 days a week, combining expert guidance with his broad knowledge of functional strength training. Cory's program comes highly recommended by multiple wellness practitioners including Dr. DP Khalsa, head of Santa Fe Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Robyn Benson of A.R.T Regenerative Medicine, & Dr. Fiquet Hanna Duckworth of Oriental Medicine Santa Fe.

Iron Temple Strength Club is a fully equipped strength and recovery gym, featuring specialty equipment. From lightweight barbells ideal for beginner-friendly lifting to cambered bench press bars for more ergonomic movement, along with specialized wrist and hand tools, we’ve thoughtfully built a space that truly supports your body.

​Simply put, we have everything you need to bulletproof yourself against future injury and pain. Whether you’re finishing physical therapy, living with osteoporosis and working to build bone density, or exploring weightlifting as preventative medicine, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Cory’s own journey to strength wasn’t easy. After multiple knee injuries left him in a wheelchair for 4 months, he made it his mission to fully recover without residual pain. Through extensive research and a deeply personalized strength training approach, Cory is now pain-free—and dedicated to sharing what he’s learned with his community.
